The Commision on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) designed the Lingkod sa Kapwa Pilipino or LINKAPIL Program to seek a broader and deeper partnership between Filipinos overseas and Filipinos in the home country. Since 1990, LINKAPIL has provided the means for the transfer of various forms of resources from Filipinos overseas to support small-scale, high-impact projects which address the country's social and economic development needs. For the past twenty years a total of Php 2.5 Billion of donatios have been channeled through LINKAPIL.
