The Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv can notarize documents for use in the Philippines. This involves a person appearing before a Consular Officer to confirm that the document they signed is genuine and voluntary.

Kindly be informed that there is no in-house photocopying service available at the Philippine Embassy.
We kindly request applicants to take responsibility for providing photocopies of their documents for the purpose of notarization.

• Letter of Invitation
• Letter of Support and Guarantee
• Authorization Letter
• Deed of Absolute Sale
• Contract to Sell
• Affidavit of Explanation
• Affidavit of Paternity
• Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father
• Sworn Statements
• Court Petitions
• Israeli Visa Certification (A3, A5, B1, B2, Permanent Residency etc)

Requirements:
• The signer must appear in person at the Embassy to sign the document;
PRINT and bring the original document;
• Bring the physical passport or any valid Philippine-issued identification.
• Payment.

Fees:
• $25.00 per document or NIS100.00
• $10.00 additional expedite fee per document or NIS40.00.


Authentication / Apostille (Red Ribbon or Authentication)

Since May 2019, the Philippines is part of the Apostille Convention. Documents issued by Israeli authorities for use in the Philippines must first be Apostilled by the District Court or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Israel.

The Embassy no longer authenticates such documents.
