Standard Procedure For Visa Applications (Tourist and Business Visa)

Foreign travelers who need entry visas to travel to the Philippines should file their applications one month before their intended departure.

Step 1: Complete and Print the Visa Application Form

  1. Download and fill out the visa application form in BLOCK (UPPERCASE and READABLE) letters.
  2. Follow these guidelines:
  • Write legibly (in BLOCK, UPPERCASE and READABLE);
  • Ensure all details match the information as they appear on your passport;
  • Select Single Entry;
  • Specify your Port of Entry (e.g., Manila, Cebu, Davao);
  • Choose Business Visa or Tourist/Leisure; and
  • Sign the form.

Step 2: Submission of Required Documents in PDF form via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

  1. Prepare and submit the following documents:
  • Visa application form together with a recent passport-size photo;

  • Properly-scanned copy of your passport;
  • Latest bank statement (6 months) from either yourself or your sponsor;
  • Invitation letter from sponsor (in English), if applicable;
  • Dates of your intended travel to the Philippines;
  • Employment Contract/Work Permit (in English);
  • Israeli Work Visa;
  • Israeli ID, if applicable;
  • Company/Business Permit if owned (in English);
  • Certificate of Employment, or any proof that you are working in Israel (in English); and
  • Hotel and flight booking will be asked once the visa is approved.

Step 3: Embassy Processing

  1. You will receive an email verification once documentation are complete. The Visa Section will then forward your application to the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila for clearance. The process will take at least 5 working days.

Step 4: Scheduling and Personal Appearance

  1. Upon receiving clearance from DFA Manila, the Visa Section will email you to schedule your appointment.
  • Please note that your personal presence is required, representatives will not be accepted for this process.

Additional Requirements for Chinese Visa Applicants:

  1. Proof of legal residency in Israel; and 
  2. Israeli Social Insurance Records (in English). 

Fees: Cash only

  • $40.00 or NIS160.00
  • $25.00 additional expedite fee or NIS100.00.

Applicants must comply with all requirements.

All documents must be in English and in PDF format.

Unruly or rude behavior may result to visa denial.

Visa is a privilege, not a right.

Visa issuance does not guarantee entry to the Philippines.
