Q: Is the NBI Clearance available at the Embassy?
A: The Embassy only gives NBI Clearance Application Forms.

Q: Is that equivalent to the NBI Clearance?
A: No.

Q: What will I do with the NBI Clearance Application form?
A: Step 1 - Fill up the NBI Application Form at the Embassy.
Step 2 - The Embassy will notarize the NBI Clearance Application Form.
Step 3 - Execute a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for your relative who will file the NBI Clearance Application form with the NBI in the Philippines.
Step 4 - Send the NBI Application form and SPA to your relative in the Philippines for filing with the NBI Office.


Requirements:
- Duly accomplished NBI Application form (forms are available at the Philippine Embassy);
- Special Power of Attorney; and
- 1 (one) copy of photo size 5cm x 5cm (colored with plain white background).


Fees:
SPA $25.00 each (or its equivalent amount in NIS based on current Embassy exchange rate)
NBI Form $25.00 each (or its equivalent amount in NIS based on current Embassy exchange rate)
Expedite Fee Additional $10.00 each (or its equivalent amount in NIS based on current Embassy exchange rate)
