Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPBLE) for Teachers on 16 November 2014

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

 

TO ALL APPLICANTS FOR THE SPECIAL PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE BOARD EXAMINATION (SPLBE) FOR TEACHERS ON SUNDAY, 16 NOVEMBER 2014.

 

The Philippine Embassy wishes to announce that the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has favorably granted the request to conduct the Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPBLE) for Teachers on Sunday, 16 November 2014.

In this regard, applicants/examinees may apply using the On-line Application System (OAS) which can be accessed at the PRC website, http://www.prc.gov.ph:8020/online/application/default.aspx. Upon submission of the application for licensure examinations via OAS, applicants should submit the following documents to the Embassy on or before Friday, 17 October 2014:

1. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (with or without scanned picture and
    Remarks "For Board Examination Purpose only");
 

2. Photocopy of Valid Passport, and;

3. Four (4) passport-size pictures with complete name-tag(first name, middle
    name, last name) in white background.
 

The originals of the above documents shall be presented to the PRC Examination Team for validation upon their arrival at the venue of examinations, which will be announced later.

The PRC issue a final list of qualified examinees, who will then be advised to remit their payments for the prescribed examination fee to the designated Overseas Remittance Offices (OROs) by the Land Bank of the Philippines. A copy of an earlier notice/information on the payment is attached.
