Israel’s first registrant, Ms. Imelda C. Javier hails from Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija and applied for reactivation of her voter status. She was registered in 2014, but was deactivated after being unable to cast her vote in two (2) consecutive elections (2016 and 2019). As first-time OFW, Ms. Javier arrived in Israel in 2015 to work as a caregiver. Prior to her employment in Israel, she was a full-time housewife in the Philippines.

The second registrant was Ms. Anabelle S. Cunanan, also a native of Nueva Ecija, who has been based in Israel for more than 3 years. Ms. Cunanan applied for certification to transfer her registration from the Philippines to Israel in order to be eligible to vote in the 2022 presidential elections. Prior to arriving in Israel, Ms. Cunanan used to work as a secretary in a law office in the Philippines.
