19 September 2019, Tel Aviv –Cebu Pacific Cargo, El Al Airlines Cargo and Rom Top Aviation, Ltd. held a formal launching of their partnership on 16 September 2019. In June 2019, Cebu Pacific Cargo signed an agreement with Rom Top Aviation, Ltd. appointing the latter as its general sales agent (GSA) in Israel. The event hosted by Mr. Ronen Spira, Vice President of El Al Cargo,was attended by around 50 freight and logistics companies from Israel.
