AUTHENTICATION

The Philippine Government already signed the Apostille Convention in May 2019. Documents issued in Israel by government or other entities, to be sent and used in the Philippines, needs to be Apostilled by the relevant authority (either by the District Court or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Authentication or Certification by the Embassy is no longer necessary.
